Salon Policy 

Covid 19 Procedure

All therapist will be wearing PPE throughout the day, including aprons, masks and gloves where appropriate. Extra cleaning time has been allocated in-between each client for sanitising to take place. All clients must wear a face mask while visiting The Parlour and if you are feeling unwell with symptoms or are having to self isolate please cancel you appointment as soon as possible. 

 

Child Free Salon

The Parlour is a child free salon, we do not allow anyone under the age of 10 in the salon and anyone between the ages on 10-16 must be accompanied by an adult. We have put this policy in place for the health and safety of everyone involved as well as it adding to the overall customer experience for everyone visiting the salon.

 

Cancellation and Change of Appointments

The Parlour has a 24 hour cancellation or change policy, therefore if you cancel or change any appointment within this time limit then there will be a 100% charge for that treatment. There will also be a 100% charge of any clients that do not attend their appointment due to us not being able to refill that slot, if you continue to not attend for your appointments you will have 3 chances then we will ask you to pay in full for ALL following appointments during the booking process.

 

Treatments Timings

Please ensure you arrive on time to your appointment and pre emailed consultation cards are completed before entering the salon. If you are late we can not guarantee we will still be able to perform your treatment, we may be able to do a similar treatment in reduced time but you will however still be charged for the original appointment. We aim to see all clients within 10 minutes of your treatment time, as treatments may run over due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Payments and Bookings

Advanced booking is highly recommended throughout the year, we also run a waiting list if you are able to find an appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, BACS and in date gift vouchers. We do not accept cheques. Deposits may be required for large bookings and bridal parties.

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased for any monetary value or set treatment and must be used within 12 months. We do not accept refunds for gift vouchers and no cash alternatives are available. If the treatment exceed the gift vouchers value than further payment will be required.  

 

Refunds

No refunds will be given on products, vouchers or bridal party deposits.
