Pregnancy Massage
A unique set up with a beanbag, duvet and pillows creating a nurturing nest allowing the mum to feel comfortable and safe during their full body massage. This 90 minute massage treats the body head to toe, easing aches and pains in the shoulders and lower back, soothing swelling in the hands and ankles and nourishing the skin with a taster facial to finish.
Using Neal's Yard Remedies mother and baby collection made with beautifully nurturing natural and organic products designed to help support the skins firmness and elasticity and also provide the deepest relaxation.

Hot Poultice Massage
The body is massaged with warm poultices containing aromatic Thai herbs, roots and flowers. The kneading of the poultices releases therapeutic oils that soothe and nourish the skin resulting in a deep state of relaxation. The heat created helps to soften the muscles, perfect for those with tight areas of tension in the body.
As a special touch you get to keep your hot poultice to take home and use in a hot bath to recreate and prolong the benefits of the massage.
